Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected]. The registration fee will be fully refunded if the written cancellation is received by January 1, 2026. No refunds will be given after January 1, 2026. A substitute may attend for no extra charge, provided SMPS SRC is notified of the substitution or transfer before the start of the event.
