Located in Uptown Park, Urbe brings the vibrant flavors of Mexico’s street food scene to Houston in a modern, fast-casual space. With a menu inspired by regional Mexican cuisine, Urbe offers dishes like slow-roasted birria and barbacoa, fresh tortillas, and savory tacos al pastor. Known for its dedication to authentic flavors, Urbe also features an on-site bakery producing fresh bread and pastries, along with signature large spiral churros straight from the mercados of Mexico.

The restaurant, named after the Mexican word for "city," celebrates Mexican culinary traditions, honoring the men and women who have kept these street food recipes alive for generations. Urbe was recently included in Eater Houston's Standout Mexican Restaurants list, further cementing its place as a must-try spot in Houston’s dynamic food scene.
